Home Diagnostics has developed a program to educate and inform about diabetes while encouraging local community commitment to increased health and wellness.

Healthcare professionals and our retail and mail service business partners can host either of two programs using a Diabetes Care Event Kit that includes everything they need to create, promote and execute a successful education event.

An HDI representative will work with you to plan the event, recruit healthcare professionals to help staff the event (if required), and create promotional materials to publicize your event.
